CARLEEN ANDERSON
US singer Anderson found early fame with the hit single Apparently Nothin' with her band Young Disciples and has since gone on to great things as a popular and highly rated soul/jazz vocalist, both as a solo artist and in the company of acts such as The Brand New Heavies, Paul Weller, Bryan Ferry and Courtney Pine. Her performances with the Ronnie Scott's All Stars encompass a vast spectrum of music, from Nina Simone to Paul McCartney, and of course soul classics such as "free" and "Heres to Life". A bona-fide favourite of our members and regulars.

SARAH JANE MORRIS
Famed for her association with the Communards in the mid-80s, feisty singer-songwriter Sarah Jane Morris who has been compared with Janis Joplin, Nina Simone and Tom Waits. She covers rock, blues, jazz and soul in seamless fashion with a adrenaline-raising four octave range.
