VALLE is without a doubt one of the  major songwriters of Brazilian Popular Music.  Having written over 300 songs recorded byartists SARAH VAUGHN, CHICAGO, DIZZY GILLESPIE, OSCAR PETERSON, RAMSEY LEWIS, DAVE BRUBECK, TOOTS THIELEMANS, JOE PASS, JOHNNY MATHIS, BEBEL GILBERTO, JOE WILLIAMS, ELIANE ELIAS,EUMIR DEODATO, JOAO DONATO and so many more, he is among Brazil's most important talents.  

VALLE has toured the world at major Festivals and concert halls from England to Japan to China, to Australia to packed houses.  He has received numerous awards for his songwriting, one of them from BMI  for his music SAMBA DeVerao, which, in Brazil, only GAROTA DE IPANEMA by TOM JOBIM and VINICIUS DE MORAIS has been so granted.  VALLE's SONGBOOK consisting of two CD's of his biggest successes had singers CAETANO VELOSO,MARIA BETHANIA, CHICO BUARQUE and ROBERTO MENESCAL.  I am a friend and partner in one song of Roberto Menescal , andhe has been my guest in some shows in Australia , Singapore and Japan , but please understand that he is not considered a God , as you have mentioned , as nobody is here ) .

 Valle's new CD "ESTÁTICA" ,   has been released in Japan and Europe by FAROUT RECORDINGS  along with tours , and is soon to be released in Brazil, and it is already considered one of the best of his career.

MARCOS VALLE presents his Special Guest, WANDA SA whose sound has been one of the foundations that sustains and renews universally the "Bossa Nova".    She grew up along with BossaNova, from girl to woman.  Together, it is a brilliant pairing of highly talented musicians who compose and perform, their first engagement together in the US.

WANDA SA, Vocalist and Guitarist, is one of the greatest and most important interpreters of her generation having performed on stage with  ROBERTO MENESCAL,CARLOS LYRA, DONATO, MARCOS VALLE, JOYCE, LUIS CARLOS VINHAS, OS CARIOCAS and more...some of Brazil's most important artists.  In the 60's living in the US, Wanda Sa was part of Brazil '65 with SERGIO MENDES, JORGE BEN, ROSINHA DE VALENÇA,  TIÃO NETO and CHICO BATERA.  She has a brilliant continuing career working alongside the 'elite' musicians/composers of Brazil.  This year with "Power Trio", her musical group, she performed in Tribute to the Maestro Helvius Vilela, and also perfomed with  Danilo Caymmi, Miucha, Emilio Santiago, Carlos Lyra, and Marcos Valle.

Based on the repertoire of Roberto Menescal and its partners in more than 50 years in favor of Brazilian popular music, the composer joins her friend and constant partner Wanda Sá and the vocal sextet BeBossa (photo) to show "Novas Bossas ou A Galeria (do) Menescal" in allusion to the commercial center of Copacabana that bears the family name of the composer, where he also lived for some years.

They are in the playlist of the show as "compulsory" The Barquinho "by Menescal and Ronaldo Boscoli," Vaguely, "the same duo who launched 45 years in the music scene the voice of Wanda Sá, and pearls as" Bye Bye Brazil "(together with Chico Buarque) and the recent" Agarradinhos "Menescal partnership with Rosalia de Souza, who named the CD released by him in a duet with Leila Pinheiro.

Under the direction of Paulo Passos, with extensive experience in advertising, the DVD will be recorded in the Reference Center for Music Carioca in two sessions on Nov. 12, both open to the public. The intention is that the stage prevails the pleasure of sailing in the repertoire of Menescal. The songs will be presented in various configurations: Menescal and Wanda; only bebossa a capella, and Wanda BeBossa, Menescal and bebossa and all together.

Inspired by the Gallery Menescal, where the composer lived for a time, which holds much of the history of Copacabana and the characters from the source Bossa Nova, 50 years ago, Roberto Menescal teamed up again with partner Wanda Jackson, who was his student in the early bossa nova guitar, and vocal group bebossa and created the show "The New Moguls or Gallery Menescal, who will march in one of the most famous stages Rio de Janeiro, Petrobras Rival theater.


If users Menescal can be considered one of the first shopping centers in Brazil, with a great offer of services, the famous kibbehs the doctors, the repertoire of Roberto Menescal is also quite broad and goes beyond "The Barquinho (Menescal and Boscoli ), "Loosely" (just two) and "Bye Bye Brazil" (he and Chico Buarque). And it is precisely the richness of this repertoire that the show tries to put on board.

Admittedly, one of the leading composers of Bossa Nova Roberto Menescal is of the most active of the movement that still navigate with ease the seven seas. He may be on stage with Leila Pinheiro, Andy Summer, Bossacucanova, Cris Delano and Danilo Caymmi, among other contemporary or not, from time to Bossa Nova.

On stage, Menescal, Wanda, the sextet and two guitars and a lot of bossa. The intention is that the scene prevails the pleasure of sailing in the repertoire of Menescal. The songs are presented in various configurations: Menescal and Wanda; only Bebossa a capella, and Wanda bebossa, Menescal and bebossa and all together. The bebossa is formed by Marcela Velon, Carol Assad Cissa de Luna, Cauê Nardi, Matias Correa and Zeca Rodrigues (musical direction and arrangements).

Inspired in Menescal Gallery, where the composer lived for a period, which stores much of the history of Copacabana and the characters from the source Bossa Nova, 50 years ago, Roberto Menescal joined once again partner with Wanda Sá, who was his student in the early days of guitar Bossa Nova, and the vocal group Bebossa and created the show "The New Bossa or the Gallery Menescal".
The next day on September 10,  8:00 PM, the show captained by Commander of the "Barquinho" brings in Copacabana, specifically in the Baden Powell Hall.

If the gallery Menescal can be considered one of the first shopping centers in Brazil, and a great service, the famous "kibes", the repertoire of Roberto Menescal is also well wide, and goes beyond the O Barquinho (Menescal and Boscoli) Vagamente (the same double) and Bye Bye Brazil (he and Chico Buarque).
