Hi Claudio,
Daughter of one of the few Viennese-trained Korean opera singers, violinist Maureen Choi took her classical chops to Spain, where she learned to chill, go with the flow, and play music, not chops. Now a Berklee prof, she's managed to combine her newfound Iberian soul, Spanish flamenco, and those chops (she has 'em for days!) into a tasty musical smorgasbord.

The Maureen Choi Quartet tours the US this summer, with dates in Chicago, Baltimore, Queens NY, Ann Arbor MI, and Akron OH. They'll be playing from recent release Ida y Vuelta.

the Madrid-based Berklee instructor and composer is heading to the US for a summer tour, hitting Baltimore, NYC, Chicago, and Detroit, among other markets this June and July.
