Celebrating the heavenly bodies that have inspired countless great American songs, special guest vocalist Jane Monheit joins the NYYS Jazz Band to pay tribute to such legends as Artie Shaw, Count Basie, and Glenn Miller. Marcus Wilcher’s Beautiful Eyes (Tell Beautiful Lies) will receive its First Music world premiere to complete the evening.
