Lucky Seven: St. Paul's features Jazz Unlimited in concert

The Jazz Unlimited Big Band will perform at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 225 W. Griggs Ave., as part of the 2012-13 "Music @ St. Paul's" concert series at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Now in its 14th year, "Music @ St. Paul's" presents professional performers of a variety of genres from August through May.

The Jazz Unlimited Big Band, made up of professional musicians and educators in the El Paso-Las Cruces area, performs widely throughout west Texas and southern New Mexico. Some are retired music educators, others are current band directors. Others come from a variety of careers, including salesmen, computer experts, a former mayor, engineers and a retired battalion fire chief.
