ALLEGHENY HIGHLANDS TRAIL FESTIVAL will be from noon to 7 p.m. Aug. 25 at Montrose Community Park. Activities will include an afternoon of live music with bluegrass by Hardly Ever, traditional and original Irish music by Aurora Celtic, blues and jazz by Pam Roberts and Diana Vera and folk rock by Caleb Karriker and pulled pork barbecue and fixings. Proceeds support HTF's work on the Allegheny Highlands Trail. Tickets are available at Joey's Bike Shop, Elkins; Blackwater Bikes, Davis; and Parsons City Hall, or at the gate.
