Monday 10th October - Wednesday 12th October Cedar Walton Quartet, Support: The Ronnie Scotts All Stars Legendary pianist and composer of such jazz classics as 'Bolivia' and 'Ugetsu' who provided the harmonic springboard for the acclaimed three horn line-up of Freddie Hubbard, Curtis Fuller and Wayne Shorter in the 1963 edition of Art Blakey' Jazz Messengers. Since the 1970s, Cedar has toured the world with his own quartet, becoming an audience favourite. He brings with him bassist David Williams, first-call drummer Willie Jones III and saxophonist Piero Odorici. |

Vincent Herring One of the jazz world's most celebrated drummers Louis Hayes was an original member of Julian "Cannonball" Adderley's Quintet. For three nights, Hayes leads the Cannonball Legacy Band, which features outstanding saxophonist Vincent Herring (and bandleader in his own right), top drawer trumpeter Jeremy Pelt , pianist Rick Germanson and acoustic bassist Richie Goods.
