World-renowned jazz singer Anna Wilson
swung by a summer program at Youth City Friday to help kids learn to love
music.
Wilson is famous for her syle of music she calls "Countrypolitan" which is a Jazzy spin on classic country songs. She brought her music to the children because she said that music will kids in all kinds of ways.
"It builds self-esteem, gives kids confidence, makes them think outside the box," Wilson said.
Wilson has a home in Utah and will be performing at Wolf Creek Saturday. Tickets are available.
