Camilla Inês, not just another jazz singer... The experience is just unforgettable. Camilla Inês' velvet voice provides unique interpretation of great songs by great composers. Love is her favorite theme which she sings with full passion. To her, singing is the art of using the voice as a musical instrument. Born in a family of musicians, that singer of just 4.9 feet take up the whole theatre when she is on stage interpreting beautiful songs by Duke Ellington, Cole Poter and Nat King Cole. With no intention to create controversy with Carmem Miranda's fan club, Camilla is our newest “little notable one”. You need to see – actually, listen to – in order to believe. But that girl's velvet voice was not a gift from nature. She studied hard to achieve the level she is on. Camilla is perfectionist and, above everything, she respects the ears of her demanding audience. The applauses and request for bis that she gets at the end of each presentation is a result of lots of effort and dedication. Even the ones that do not have much affinity with jazz or prefer different rhythms will not be disappointed if listened to "in a sentimental mood, I can see the stars come through my room" on the melodious voice of Camilla Inês. But "Speak low" is, for sure, the highest point of her presentation. That is when she pulls out sighs and emotional glances of the entire audience.
