Vadim just returned from The Lancaster Festival in Ohio in an appearance with Orchestra of his new arrangement of Spring Song for Piano and Orchestra with Gary Sheldon, Festival Director and conductor of the Miami City Ballet
The Lancaster Gazette was quoted as saying "Ukrainian-born Vadim Neselovskyi is a jazz pianist, composer, and professor at Berklee College of Music. He has arranged his "Spring Song," piano solo for full orchestra, and the result is a modern symphonic jazz piece first performed at this evening's concert. It was a rousing success, more so because music of this genre can be difficult to understand. But a strong theme, bounced through an astounding collection of variations and instruments, kept the audience's rapt attention.
