Toronto with DUCHESS, Hilton Head with Evan Christopher & Ehud Asherie

The photo above was taken during a recent shoot I did for Melodyville, a new boutique booking company helmed by musician friends. I'm excited to be a part of what they're creating! 

DUCHESS had a blast during our recent 4 night run at 55 bar to celebrate our new CD, Laughing at Life. DownBeat's Allen Morrison gave the show a rave review and every single set was standing room only.

This month finds me getting ready to hit the road again: DUCHESS is headed to Toronto for a 3-night stint at the Jazz Bistro (3/23-25), then I'll be at the Jazz Corner in Hilton Head, SC for two nights with pianist Ehud Asherie and clarinetist Evan Christopher (3/31-4/1). First, though, I'll be singing at North Square's jazz brunch right here in NYC on Sunday, March 19 with guitarist Greg Ruggiero and bassist Joel Forbes.

Tuesday night at Mezzrow...

I'm teaming up with Ehud Asherie, one of my favorite musicians (and human beings, for that matter) for an evening of piano/vocal duets.  We love playing this warm, cozy club...and there may be a special guest joining us for a few tunes!
