Sunshine Jazz Concert Series Presents Fan Favorite Nicole Yarling Quintet 11/19/17

Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., Nicole was inspired by her father who played jazz organ and piano. She jammed with him on violin and they listened to Etta Jones, Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins, the Beatles and Motown classics etc. Through those influences she developed her passion. Nicole's education is extensive, and since moving to Florida in 1980, she has developed into a generous and dedicated musician, mentor and musical activist, enriching our community through her various performances, master classes and projects. 

With a powerhouse rhythm section consisting of Jim Gasior on piano, Chuck Bergeron on bass and John Yarling on drums, together with Jean Caze on trumpet and violinist/vocalist Nicole Yarling, you have the makings of an unforgettable evening of music.
