Experience the magic when she performs at Arts Garage as part of her “Fascinating Mestizo Tour”, which depicts an intimate journey into Brazil’s music roots. Fascinating Mestizo provides an overview of the Brazilian rhythmic diversity by exploring a multitude of styles - including jazz, R&B, samba, afromusic, and reggae. This is an intimate and classy fusion of the rich mixture that embodies Brazilian Music. The tour includes musicians Rudnei Monteiro (guitar), Marcio Diniz (percussion and drums), and Zet (acoustic bass and fretless).
With a total of seven albums under her belt (four with Cheiro de Amor, and three solo albums), Carla is well known from Portugal to Japan, with a successful career that kicked off in the 90’s when she was the lead singer for the Axe Music Band “Cheiro de Amor”, during which she recorded 18 CDs and sold millions of records worldwide.
Through Carla Visi’s shining passion, enthusiasm and love, the Annual Brazilian Festival of Pompano Beach has broken all the attendance records for a Brazilian Festival in Florida with almost 15,000 attendees when Carla performed. She secured groundbreaking media exposure and news coverage to the City of Pompano Beach, and Broward.
