The Jazz Drama Program offers a sneak peek at artists performing for the Benefit Gala on October 14, 2015 at the Dimenna Center. The Benefit, honoring Jon Hendricks, father of jazz vocalese and Cobi Narita, jazz producer will feature performances by vocalists Marion Cowings, Kevin Burke and Camille Thurman, who also plays tenor saxophone along with Eli Yamin, piano, LaFrae Sci, drums and Tom Dempsey on guitar.
