Hertz Jazz ....

Established in 1969, HertsJazz has become renowned as THE venue for jazz fans young and old. In 2013 it was short-listed as Best Live Venue in the Parliamentary Jazz Awards. Gigs featuring the very best jazz talent in the country take place every Sunday 7.30-10.00pm at Screen2, Garden City Cinema, Welwyn Garden City.
The gigs have a very relaxed atmosphere where music is top of the agenda for aficionados and newcomers alike. There is plenty of free parking (after 7pm), disabled access and a bar serving beers, wines, soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks. The club is particularly keen to bring jazz to a wider audience and is making tickets available for just £3 to students and under-21s.
