BRITISH COLUMBIA - A Filipino-Canadian boy is slowly carving his niche in jazz music.
Tyson Venegas was just a toddler when his parents discovered his knack for singing nursery rhymes jazz-style.
"He was two, he would jazz up those songs, so we, Paul and I, knew that there was something special about him," said his mother, Iris.
As Venegas was growing up, they also noticed his love for the music of Frank Sinatra and The Beatles.
He has been taking singing lessons since then.
Venegas, who is now 8, is excellent at scatting.
