New York, New York - August 2, 2013 - Global entertainment company Verse Music Group announced that it has signed a worldwide co-publishing deal with Christine Connolly, joining VMG's list of renowned songwriters Sabelle Breer, Kevin Savigar, and John 5.
"I'm so excited to be a new part of Verse Music Group," says Connolly. "It's such a forward thinking and exciting company with so much talent surrounding it. I know we're going to do some great things together, and I'm excited for the future with them!"
The Canadian native co-wrote dozens of chart-topping hits including #1 songs "Bad Girlfriend" and "Lowlife" (Theory Of A Deadman) and the #2 single, "I Miss The Misery" (Halestorm). Connolly has worked alongside an array of artists, producers and songwriters such as Theory Of A Deadman, Hinder and Howard Benson to name a few.
"I'm thrilled to be working with Christine, her talent as a hit songwriter covers all genres of music and she hasn't even "scratched the surface" of what's to come. She's the perfect addition to the VMG roster of hit producers and writers we already have," says Senior VP & Principle, Mark Friedman, "VMG looks forward to a long and prosperous relationship together."
Christine Connolly is currently in the studio writing with Rascal Flatts, Theory Of A Deadman and Bad Seed Rising.
