Kevin Savigar & Rod Stewart Team Up for the First Pop Rock Album in Over a Decade

Award-winning producer, songwriter and composer, Kevin Savigar co-produced, mixed and engineered Rod's first pop/rock alvum in over 10 years. Kevin co-wrote 6 songs including the title track of Time out May 7th on Capitol Records.

The first UK single from Time, "It's Over," was personally chosen by BBC's Chris Evans to debut with his 12 million listeners on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show. "Finest Woman" airs on US Rock radio in early April followed by "Can't Stop Me Now," as the second single.
Savigar was recently nominated for the Juno award "International Album Of The Year" for his work on Rod Stewart's double platinum holiday release, Merry Christmas, Baby(Verve/Universal) and was recently recognized in Billboard's Top 100 American Idol Songsfeature for writing country superstar Josh Gracin's #1 Billboard Country chart hit, "Nothin' To Lose."
He wrote "Losing You" and "How I Get To Where I'm Going" to appear on London rockers, Charming Liars upcoming release out September 2013 on Capitol Records.
