Jazz trumpet virtuoso and UNT alum
Marvin Stamm gets the 2011 season of the Jazz Lecture Series started this Tuesday, January 25 with a lecture at 9:30AM and 2:00PM in the COM Recital Hall. As an extension of the Lecture Series, our partnership with
McDavid Studio in Fort Worth continues as well. Marvin will be performing with UNT Jazz Studies faculty Stefan Karlsson (piano), Ed Soph (drums), and Fred Hamilton (bass) beginning at 8:00PM at the Fort Worth venue.
