From Eli Yamin
Hello Friends,
The new season is upon us in New York and the world of music and education is heating up big time.
Stay tuned for details on the Nora's Ark CD Release Celebration on Wednesday, November 10th from 6:30-8:30pm. This, invitation only event, will be a milestone for the non profit I co-founded, The Jazz Drama Program. Please do let me know if you wish to attend.
In the meantime, I'd love to see you soon at one of our concerts on the tip of Manhattan if you can.
Here's a nice profile by Laura Gabby published in the uptown newspaper, Manhattan Times.
Also, my first published article on jazz education in this months "Chamber Music Magazine." It's called "Jazz Culture and Swing Rhythm." I'd love to know what you think...
Best wishes,
Eli
