Just because you hear it, you should play it.
Just because you can play something, it doesn't mean that you should.
Just because it's your solo, it doesn't mean that it's all about you.
Just because there is space, it doesn't mean you have to fill it.
Just because everybody else does it one way, it doesn't mean you have to.
Just because you're not the best player who ever lived, it doesn't mean you don't have something to say.
Just because you're afraid, it doesn't mean you shouldn't try.
Just because you think they're judging you, it doesn't meant that they are.
Just because others aren't prepared to take risks, it doesn't mean you can't.
Just because 'the rules' exist, it doesn't mean you have to follow them.
Just because everybody says something, it doesn't mean it's right.
Just because you want to, it doesn't mean you can.
Just because you deserve it, it doesn't mean you will get it.
Just because it's hard to do, it doesn't mean it's automatically valuable.
Just because other people can't do what you can, it doesn't mean they owe you anything.
Just because you care, it doesn't mean that everybody should.
Just because most people work on blending in, it doesn't mean you shouldn't work on standing out.
Just because most people are afraid to ask for what they're worth, it doesn't mean you can't.
Just because others fake apathy to hide fear, it doesn't mean that you should.
Just because people say something is great, it doesn't necessarily follow that it is.
Just because something moves you, it doesn't mean it will move everybody.
Just because you like something, it's likely there are others out there who will like it too.
Just because some people don't get it, it doesn't mean that everybody won't.
Just because something is emotionally hard to do, it doesn't mean it's physically difficult to accomplish.
Just because you want something so much, it doesn't necessarily mean that it's hard to make it happen.
Just because you learned a way of behaving to keep you safe in school, it doesn't mean it will serve you now.
