Thank you for recognizing Chris Nielsen... He was even a better dad than a DJ and that's probably hard to believe. I miss him so much and his voice. On the radio and in my life. Music and family were his passion. He loved that people took the time to listen to his shows. He was 8 shows short of 8000 when he died. He listened to "My one and only love" with me the night before he died. I painted him a picture of Johnny Hodges as a gift because it was a mutual taste in music we shared. He could only tap a finger but kept the beat.. Miss ya Pop!
