The first day of the annual festival kicked off with a NOLA themed parade through the grounds by the Royal Brass Band, with a few words from the Mayor and State Rep. Dwight Evans. With performances from Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Hidden Beach ft. Jeff Bradshaw and Carol Riddick, and a live painting session from Frenchy. The 3 day festival continues through June 20, stop by for some amazing music, most of which is FREE, and to check out the friendly community spirit.
