Best Moments of Jazz Garanhuns 2010.....

I was always listening to the class Ferdinando de Sergipe/Brazil say "I want to Pernambuco," I think he was excited about the greatness of the event, Vagner Maskavo said the Blues to play at the festival moved with his life! This serves as examples of how small a festival as this magnifies our state, the cities realize that it is time our leaders wake up and do more events like this!

Saturday Night
To begin Saturday night presented the Reisado of Gonzaga with colors and folk rhythms. Since Greg Wilson and The Bluz was a super show with applause and a request, the sound was top quality, and very pleasant climate as a whole!
After Uptown Band with Karl Dixon, Leo Gandelman and Jasiel Leite detonated, Karl Dixon is the great revelation from New York and the Jazz Garanhuns as a gateway to burst also on the Brazilian scene. Then the Blues Maskavo of Miami detonated leaving many people out of breath, released very sound and good taste.

Sunday night
The next night the Soul Blues did the honors of the house, opening the evening with a very competent job with another band from Pernambuco of its kind to be consolidated in the state. The band Azimuth need comments, they are 40 years of road and lots of stories to tell, with a lot of Brazilian music quality diluted with Jazz, Funk, finally was a lesson!
Celso Blues Boy Band accompanied by the Uptown was the next attraction, the man gave a show of interpretation and grip with his guitar, leading the fans and the general public to delirium, I saw a lot of people excited ... Celso has had as guests Tico Santa Cruz (Detonautas) and Alexandre Cunha on drums.

Monday night
On the third day keynote was provided by Esteban Sumar of Chile, making a modern jazz and very inspired, and very good taste to each interpretation. Then Andreas Kisses and Tico Santa Cruz accompanied by Uptown Band, set fire to the crowd and was a bath of Blues Rock that has infected the teen to grandpa. Finally Magic Slim, one of the most anticipated attractions starts with the band that accompanied the Blues Special, I know that this rare presentation in our land will stay in the memory of many, because there are few times that we can turn the "blues" so closely voice and a real sense of the past and legendary and authentic bluesmen still alive in our time.

The Big Time Orchestra of Curitiba has shown what it does best in Brazil in the case of Big Bands of the suit by Brian Setzer Orchestra, Louis Prima, Cab Calloway, with a repertoire that brings past and present side by side.
