One of pop’s most distinctive voices and respected songwriters, Paul Carrack’s singing and keyboard skills have graced some of British pop’s finest moments from his early days within jazz/rock fusion band ‘warm dust’ in the early 70’s through solid spells with bands such as Squeeze and Roxy Music before launching the hugely successful ‘Mike and the Mechanics’ with Mike Rutherford of Genesis in the mid 80’s.
