In Saturday day 13 of December, will happen in São Paulo the “Jazz in Deep the Festival”, last great musical event of the year, that promises to explore different styles of the jazz in six uninterrupted hours of shows. The party happens in commemoration to the two years of existence of the Jazz in the Deep ones, jazz club that comes if becoming known for presenting shows of quality in an unusual environment: a shed in the deep ones of a parking in Pines. Nobody to be of is, the Festival will happen in a bigger space, the Turiassú Village, in the quarter of Partridges, place already known by sheltering shows of the Band Glory and the Black Band River.
The JazznosFundos Festival goes to congregate great bands who had passed for palco of the house during the year of 2008, making a stroll for the history of the Jazz. Opening the night, the Tito Martino Band Jazz presents a repertoire of traditional jazz, that includes classic subjects of swing and ragtime - cadenciados and dançantes rhythms that had been responsible for the burst of the jazz in years 20. In the sequence, The Brothers Jazz will explore the Bebop, virtuous style faster e of the jazz, consecrated at the hands of masters as Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Dizzy Gillespie. The pair formed for the brothers Wilson Teixeira (saxofone) and Cuca Teixeira (battery) if presents to the sundays in the JazznosFundos, bringing to each edition different guests, always weight-heavy of paulistana instrumental music. For the Festival, the brothers will count on quinteto of the guitarist Alexander Mihanovich, considered for many one of the best formations of jazz of the city. The Fusion, resulted style of the mixture of the jazz with other rhythms, as funk, the electronic, blues and as much others, will lock up the passage at the hands of the BGrooves, having made everybody to dance until the dawn.
The JazznosFundos (http://www.jazznosfundos.net/) presents, always to the ends of week, shows of instrumental music, in small palco encircled of installations, sculptures and photographs, everything very hidden well in the deep ones of a parking. The collective one that it produces the house, “ContraProduções”, promises to take to the Festival the elements of the success, that comes making fans to each week: surprising environment, ample cardápio of drinks and tidbits, good attendance and a spotless musical guardianship.
