Born in a musical family, Tatiana Parra started her career at five....

Born in a musical family, Tatiana Parra started her career at five, singing ad song themes on several studios in São Paulo. She recorded the CD O Gigante da Floresta aimed at children with Hélio Ziskind in 2000. Since 2003, she's been joining the group of guitar player and composer Chico Pinheiro, with whom she tours yearly, having taken part in a performance of the artist with Orquestra Jazz Sinfonica (Jazz Symphony Orchestra), as well as in the recording of telecasts Ensaio and Bem Brasil from TV Cultura; she sings yet in two tracks from Pinheiro's second record, Tocador de Violão (2005).

Invited by guitar player Theo de Barros, she records Festa de Touros in Theo's record in 2004 and in the release show of same she presents herself sideways to Renato Braz at Sesc Pompeia. Also in 2004, she takes part in a tour celebrating composer and guitar player Toquinho's 40-year career. In the same year she shares the track Tom Mais que Perfeito with Danilo Caymmi, on bass player and composer Max Robert's record. Interpreting Dante Ozzetti's songs, she presents herself side to the composer's quartet in telecast Bem Brasil shown on TV Cultura in July 2006. She took part in the record released by CPC-Umes, paying homage to Maurício Tapajós – side to Chico Buarque, Joyce and Guinga among others – with the song Surdina. Invited by bass player and composer Zeli, she interprets four songs from his second CD, Em Movimento.

Under invitation from piano player and composer André Mehmari, she presented herself at the CPFL Space, in September 2006, side to cello player Dimos Goudaroulis; on the repertoire, Monteverdi, Purcell, Milton Nascimento and Nelson Cavaquinho, besides themes of Mehmari's authorship. On theater, she's been acting since 1999, year in which she took part in the musical show Cazas de Cazuza. In 2005, under director Heron Coelho, she acted in the Em Cena, Ações project, and in 2006 she participated in the Brechtianas at Sesc Pompéia, under the direction of Eugênia Thereza de Andrade, siding Mônica Salmaso, Carlos Fernando and André Mehmari among others. Along 20 profession years, she worked with Armando Ferrante, Tomas Roth, Zé Rodrix, Ruriá Duprat, Walter Santos, Keko Brandão, Otávio de Moraes, Sizão Machado, Dino Vicente, Cido Bianchi, Vicente Sálvia, André Abujamra, Inezita Barrozo, Jane Duboc, Toquinho, Sandy e Júnior, Rita Lee, Ivan Lins and Omara Portuondo (Buena Vista Social Club) among others. In 2007 she got her Bachelor Degree in Singing from Faculdade Santa Marcelina (SP) (St. Marcelina College) and currently she's got her first CD at pre production phase.
